School Snow Closure
We always try to avoid closing the school due to adverse weather conditions, however, if we do decide that the school should close the following actions will be taken:-
- An announcement on our website
- A notification from the Arbor App will be sent to parents (providing you have the app on your phone). Follow this link for more details – Arbor App
- Details of the school closure will be posted on our social media sites (follow the links on our home page to Facebook, X – formally Twitter and Instagram)
Please ensure that we do have correct contact details so that any messages we send regarding school closures reaches you to avoid any inconvenience.
The decision to close the school will be made by the Headteacher on Health and Safety grounds normally in consultation with Premises staff.

- The sQuid App is free to download on Apple and Android devices and provides a quicker, more convenient way to access, manage and top up your online sQuid account.
- It is easy to register with sQuidcard, all you will need is your 16 digit sQuid registration number and a CVV number, these can be obtained by emailing [email protected] or calling the school office on 0116 2898688. Once you have your registration number please visit: squidcard.com/welcome
